Jesse Lee Steffan-Colucci

Jesse is a New York–based portrait and fine art photographer working across geospatial, architectural, fashion, and commercial photography. She currently serves as a staff photographer in higher education marketing, where she helps shape institutional stories through thoughtful, impactful imagery.

A fourth-generation photographer and image maker, Jesse was raised by a video and performance artist, growing up immersed in the world of visual storytelling. Her early experiences included working on public access television shows, tagging along with film crews, and learning firsthand how creativity can challenge systems and drive cultural conversations.

Jesse’s work is rooted in a deep commitment to equity, justice, and reimagining narratives. Whether capturing a portrait, a space, or a branded campaign, she brings an eye for detail, a sense of purpose, and a drive to reveal both beauty and truth through her lens.
